- RoHS2 Certified
TOYOFUSSO HOSE (for chemical and food)
Developed with tetrafluoro Resin (modified ETFE) on the inner surface, the outside of TOYOFUSSO Hoses are covered with polyurethane resin to withstand the pressures of pressure feed applications.
Thanks to properties such as chemical resistance, non-elution, non-adhesion, and low odor, they can be used as hoses for equipment piping for chemicals, medications, cosmetics, foods, semiconductors, etc.
TOYOFUSSO Hose was developed for customer needs such as preventing odor and color transfer to food and beverages, better durability against chemicals and solvents, and for hoses that are softer than fluorine tubes.
In addition to hoses, various dedicated couplings are available for higher safety and productivity.

Feature:
-
Advantage 1
- These hoses offer excellent chemical and solvent resistance performance due to theirs tetrafluoro Resin inner tube, and can be used in a wide variety of applications.
- They are softer and easier to handle than single-layer fluorine tube thanks to their integrated laminated structure.
- The excellent non-adhesive, water repelling inner lining (water repellent angle 96°C) improves fluid transportation efficiency and facilitates cleaning, as fluid remaining inside is minimized.
-
Advantage 2
- With tetrafluoro Resin (modified ETFE) on the inner surface, the TOYOFUSSO Hose does not absorb food odors.
- Taste/Odor Retention Measurement Test (Toyox Specifications Test)
- Highly transparent to allow for confidence in fluid verification.
- They have high heat resistance of up to 80°C and a wider usage range than ordinary PVC hoses
-
They comply with various laws and regulations regarding safety and security
- Safe and secure thanks to its compliance with the Food Sanitation Act (Complying with Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 196, 2020), FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) registered product regulations (FDA DMF Type II No.25486 Registration), and revised RoHS2 regulations.
* This hose does not use phthalate plasticizers
-
Dedicated couplings improve productivity and safety
- A structure that causes very little liquid accumulation. Dedicated couplings reduce the work required to disassemble and clean food hose piping
- The dedicated couplings are easy to install and prevent fluid leakage and hose disconnection, improving safety and peace of mind
