TOYOFOODS-S HOSE (food/oil resistant)
Made of soft PVC, the TOYOFOODS-S Hose was specifically developed to withstand pressure for pressure feeding foods with a vacuum.
These hoses are used for food and beverages and as piping in equipment that requires oil resistance.
This safe and long-lasting hose fully complies with the Food Sanitation Act, and does not stiffen easily even when used with oily foods.
TOYOFOODS-S Hose is suitable for piping where normal hoses bend and collapse, or where they collapse and become unusable due to vacuum.
All of the structural components that come into contact with food products use certified FDA-approved materials and, along with their Food Sanitation Act compliance (Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 196), can be used safely.
In addition to hoses, various dedicated couplings are available for greater safety and productivity.

Feature:
-
Advantage 1
- Safe food grade product
- Can be used for suction and pressure feeding.
- High oil resistance and long service life support use with oily and fatty foods
* Mineral oil can be used. - Resistant to bending and collapse, with excellent shape retention and transport efficiency
-
Advantage 2
- These hoses are resistant to bending and collapse. They can help ensure secure operations without interrupted fluid flows.
- Highly transparent to allow for confidence in fluid verification.
- These hoses offer high heat resistance up to 70°C and wider usage ranges than ordinary PVC hoses.
-
They comply with various laws and regulations regarding safety and security
- Safe and secure thanks to its compliance with the Food Sanitation Act (Complying with Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 196, 2020).
- FDA (CFR 21.170 to 199) compliant
- Revised RoHS2 regulations
* This hose does not use phthalate plasticizers
-
Dedicated couplings improve productivity and safety
- The structure is designed to minimize little liquid accumulation. Dedicated couplings reduce the work required to disassemble and clean food hose piping
- The dedicated couplings are easy to install and prevent fluid leakage and hose disconnection, improving safety and peace of mind
