Attachment Method

  1. 1First loosen the bolt and detach the clamp from the nipple, and attach the nipple to the machine.

  2. 2Pass the rubber cap through the hose.
    * Refer to the user’s manual for instructions on how far to insert the rubber cap.

  3. 3Insert the rubber cap all the way to the end of the nipple.

  4. 4Align the clamp to the nipple groove and temporarily assemble.
    * Center the triangle symbol on the rubber cap so there is no gap.

  5. 5Alternately tighten the two bolts evenly until no gap remains.

Attachment Tool

Use an Allen wrench at least 180 mm in length (at least 200 mm for the TC6-B50) to finish tightening the bolt.
