TOYOFUSSO-S HOSE (for chemical and food)
TOYOFUSSO-S Hoses are pressure resistant hoses for pressure feeding and vacuum (suction) with inner surfaces made of tetrafluoride fluororesin (modified ETFE) and outer surfaces coated with polyurethane resin.
Thanks to properties such as chemical resistance, non-elution, non-adhesion, and low odor, they can be used as hoses for equipment piping for chemicals, medications, cosmetics, foods, semiconductors, etc.
TOYOFUSSO Hose was developed for customer needs such as preventing odor and color transfer to food and beverages, better durability against chemicals and solvents, and for hoses that are softer than fluorine tubes.TOYOFUSSO-S Hoses with excellent shape retention have been developed to support applications with suction and where hoses must be bent.
In addition to hoses, various dedicated couplings are available for greater safety and productivity.

Primary Material: Tetrafluoride Based Fluorine Resin Materials: SUS316 Diameter: 15mm to 38mm Temperature Range: -20℃ ~80℃ |
Feature:
-
Advantage 1
- These hoses offer excellent chemical and solvent resistance due to theirs tetrafluororesin inner tube, and can be used in a wide variety of applications
- They are softer and easier to handle than single-layer fluorine tubes thanks to the integrated laminated structure
- Their excellent non-adhesion and water repellency improve fluid transportation efficiency and facilitate cleaning, as fluid remaining inside is minimized.
- They use metal coil reinforcement for bending and collapse resistance and can be used for suction and pressure feeding.
-
Advantage 2
- Sanitary reinforcing material made from rust resistant SUS316
- With tetrafluororesin (modified ETFE) on the inner surface, the TOYOFUSSO Hose does not absorb food odors.
- Taste/Odor Retention Measurement Test (Toyox Specifications Test)
- They have high heat resistance of up to 80°C and a wider usage range than ordinary PVC hoses
-
They comply with various laws and regulations regarding safety and security
- Safe and secure thanks to its compliance with the Food Sanitation Act (Complying with Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 196, 2020), FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) registered product regulations (FDA DMF Type II No.25486 Registration), and revised RoHS2 regulations
* This hose does not use phthalate plasticizers
-
Dedicated couplings provide improved productivity and safety
- The structure is designed to minimize little liquid accumulation. Dedicated couplings reduce the work required to disassemble and clean food hose piping
- The dedicated couplings are easy to install and prevent fluid leakage and hose disconnection, improving safety and peace of mind
