TOYOCONNECTOR is a hose manufacturer designed coupling exclusively for TOYOX hoses.
(Material: Brass/Clamp type/Couplings Specification: Male Thread)

It is a hose coupling that is useful in improving productivity, safety and energy saving properties by preventing problems such as insufficient flow, fluid leakage and hose disconnection between the hose and coupling, and improving the installation process of the hose to the coupling.

For better productivity, safety and energy saving properties, we recommend that you select hoses suitable for your specific application and conditions.

    Hose insertion is easy, and the clamp fits on with no gap, preventing hose disconnections and fluid leaks.

    Fasten the clamp fully to complete the operation. Hose insertion is simple and can be performed reliably and consistently no matter who does it.

    There is less fluid leakage, and with a larger effective surface area (hole diameter) than a barb fitting, there is less pressure loss.

    The hose end fitting and nipple are integrated, to keep the fluid from coming into contact with the packing inside the coupling. Fluids only need to be resistant to the coupling body but not the packing.

  • Waste reduction

    Coupling units can be reused, reducing waste and cutting costs.

  • Resistance to vibration

    Hose problems due to leaks and disconnections caused by vibration are prevented, and earthquake and other disaster preventive maintenance, as well as restoration work after a disaster, are made easy.

Attachment Method

1 First loosen the bolt and detach the clamp from the nipple, and attach the nipple to the machine. Attachment Method · Model Shown1
2 Pass the rubber cap through the hose.

* Refer to the user’s manual for instructions on how far to insert the rubber cap.

3 Insert the rubber cap all the way to the end of the nipple. Attachment Method · Model Shown3
4 Align the clamp to the nipple groove and temporarily assemble.

* Center the triangle symbol on the rubber cap so there is no gap.

5 Alternately tighten the two bolts evenly until no gap remains. Attachment Method · Model Shown5

Attachment Tool

Use an Allen wrench at least 180 mm in length (at least 200 mm for the TC6-B50) to finish tightening the bolt.
