Attachment Method

1 Loosen the bolts and remove the clamp from the nipple.
2 Pass the hose through the sleeve.
*For optimal positioning, mark the hose as shown at right before passing the hose through the sleeve.
*If the edges are not flush where the sleeve ends meet, adjust them so that there is no overhang.
3 With the sleeve attached, insert the hose to the hose insertion position of the nipple.
4 Align the clamp to the nipple groove to initially connect them.
*If the spacer comes off of the bolt, re-attach the spacer to the bolt before making the initial connection to the clamp.
5 Alternately tighten the two bolts evenly until no gap remains.

Attachment Tool

Use an Allen wrench at least 180 mm in length (at least 200 mm for the TC6-FS50) to finish tightening the bolt.
