Cam arm & pin (for KAMLOK)

• · Replacement parts used for couplers.
• · Sold as a 3-piece set of cam arm, pin and ring
• · Note that the size of the cam arm used varies depending on the body size.
• · Specify the main body material when ordering.

Replacing the cam arm

• 

  Set it on the table with the knurled section at the bottom.

• 

  Use a pin removal tool to remove the pin from the body.

• 

  Replace it with a new cam arm and set it on the main body, and insert the pin with the knurled section facing up. (The knurled part is on the opposite side before the cam arm is replaced.)

• 

  Use a pin driving jig to drive the pins into the body. (Make sure the pins are set in the same manner as the surface of the main body.) This completes the replacement process.

* Replace the cam arm of polypropylene products only once.

Gasket replacement

• 

  Insert a flathead screwdriver or the like between the main body and the gasket.

• 

  Remove the gasket without damaging the gasket seat of the main body.

• 

  Replace with a new gasket and push it in by hand.

• 

  Push in with both hands so that it is as even as possible.

• 

  Confirm that it fits properly into the main body groove to complete replacement.

*When removing the gasket, a part of the gasket may break off and remain in the coupling, which may cause contamination of foreign matter or difficulty in installing a new gasket.
