When reusing TOYOCONNECTOR couplings, the sleeves needed to be replaced every time. They needed to be replaced even after short periods of use, such as during water flow testing, increasing costs and driving our desire to reduce the replacement frequency.
After［ TOYOCONNECTOR TC2-B / TOYOCONNECTOR TC2-S ］
We tried out TOYOCONNECTOR LIGHT couplings, which allow sleeves to be reused up to three times under certain conditions. Since then, there have been no problems with the hoses—no leakages or disconnections at all. We want to use these couplings in other areas to help reduce sleeve replacement frequency and minimize costs.
