[Solves hose clogging] Created with special conducting threads for powerful, long protection against static electricity, the TOYOTOP-E Hose improves productivity because it prevents powders and grains from becoming clogged.
[Eliminates fluids sticking to the inner surface] Because fluids do not stick to the inner surface of the hose, it is easy to see inside the transparent hose for effective verification.
[Safe working environment] No unpleasant static electric shock means worker safety.
[Attachment efficiency] The outside surface of the hose has conductive threads. Simply ground the hose with a dedicated clip to eliminate troublesome stripping for more efficient grounding.

Made of soft PVC, the TOYOTOP-E Hose was developed for pressure feeding and vacuum conveyance and to prevent static electric shock. Static electricity inside the hose is whisked away, preventing sticking and clogging for stable conveyance. Perfect for conveying powders and grains, though not for food or medical products.

The depressurization deformation temperature is the temperature at which deformation occurs with an internal pressure of 0.1 MPa (-760 mmHg) with the hose in a straight line. (This does not indicate the maximum temperature at which the hose can be used.)
-0.1 MPa is an approximate value. Please read the precautions as these hoses are not appropriate for all uses and conditions.
