Coolant oil can cause the hose to harden, bend, and collapse, resulting in coolant stoppage!
We tested use of Hyper TOYORON Hose with superior oil resistance. Compared with the PVC hose that we currently use, there is no hardening due to oil even after a half-year of use, not is there any clogging of coolant oil due to bending or collapsing, enabling elimination of production loss. In addition, replacement frequency has been reduced, improving productivity. The leak and disconnection prevention coupling TOYOCONNECTOR was also adopted together with the hose. This enabled us to perform stable production.
