Business Continuity Plan

Sudden rainstorms and earthquakes may occur unexpectedly at any time. Toyox has a business continuity plan (BCP) in place with the aim of providing stable product delivery that customers can count on anytime.

Note: A BCP is a basic plan created to ensure a company can maintain its business operations.

Why does Toyox have a BCP?

Maintaining customer trust

In preparation for anticipated risks and the unexpected, Toyox implements its BCP to minimize damage and quickly restore operations, ensuring we fulfill our obligation to supply products, earn trust from our customers and maintain stable transactions.

Ensuring the safety of our employees and their families

To build a company where employees have secure employment with the highest priorities on the safety of employees and their families, and on employment security.

Social contributions

Contributing to our community and society to build a corporate culture in which our commitment to our community and society is not forgotten in times of peace or emergency, and each employee can volunteer to make a difference.

2. What sort of incidents and disasters do you prepare for?

Toyox faces many risks. Among them, the ones we emphasize the most are flooding, earthquakes, pathogen and virus infection, and computer viruses.
